Engineering student resume when you have no experience
Recruiters hiring freshers do not expect two years of work history. They look for fundamentals, 1–2 explainable projects, and honest skills.
Treat projects as experience: name, tech stack, what you built, what you personally did, and a GitHub link with a readable README.

Section order for no-internship engineering resumes
Header → Education (with coursework) → Projects → Skills → Achievements / certifications. Skip empty Experience sections.
If you later get an internship, move Experience above Projects. Until then, projects carry the narrative.
CGPA as X.XX/10. Add 10th/12th only when a company form or TCS-style format requires it.
Project bullet examples (truthful, interview-safe)
Built a campus event registration portal with Java and MySQL used by 200 classmates for fest sign-ups.

Do not invent revenue or user metrics. Scope and your role beat fake percentages in interviews.

Listing skills you only watched in a YouTube video — panels will ask follow-ups.
Using a two-page template filled with soft-skill fluff.
Hiding GitHub because the repo is messy — clean the README instead.
