Infosys screens fresher resumes for three things: academic consistency (CGPA plus 10th and 12th marks), skills that match the role (Java, Python, SQL, or relevant tech), and 1–2 projects you can explain.
For Ninja (Systems Engineer), the bar is CGPA 6.5+ and clean fundamentals. For DSE and SP, screeners look for evidence of harder skills: advanced DSA, databases, and for SP, complex projects.

Infosys resume format — section by section
Header: full name, email, phone, LinkedIn. Keep it one line. No photo, age, or marital status.

Ninja vs DSE vs SP resume differences
Ninja: keep it simple. Basic Java/C/Python + SQL, one or two academic projects, CGPA visible. Infosys Ninja values consistency and trainability over complexity.
DSE: emphasize Java or Python depth, DBMS and SQL knowledge, and a database-heavy project. DSE interviews dive into language internals and SQL.
SP: showcase advanced DSA, a hard project (compiler, distributed system, or ML if real), and evidence of problem-solving — LeetCode profile, contest ranks, or a complex final-year project.
